On a Thursday afternoon when I got home around 2pm the auto garage door would not go up. Went inside through the front door and one of the strings had blown up. Called Baldwin and Jake was at the house by 4pm and got things going again. Told me he had been servicing garage doors since he was 14 years old. He is truly a professional and knows what he is doing. He treated the door as if were his own…tightened and oiled all the hinges. He wasn’t satisfied with the new set of springs and said they were not strong enough for the weight of the doors and would be back the next day to put stronger springs on the door, which he did. To top it off, he has a one years guarantee on parts and labor. In the future he will be our go to guy if we have garage door issues. It is fun to see a real professional go about his task.

I submitted a service quote request on Angi and Jacob called me back literally within a couple a minutes, even though it was after normal business hours. I couldn’t get my garage door to open all of the way so he came to my house the same night within an hour to take a look. He immediately knew what the problem was before he finished walking into the garage – which floored me. We made arrangements for him to return first thing the next morning and he replaced both springs, tightened all of the hinges and even replaced one – all in under an hour. Sick amazing service!!! If I have any garage issues in the future, I will only call Jacob.

They called back quickly and we set up an appointment for the next day at a time that would work for us. He checked what we were requesting but found that what wanted wasnâ t necessary but something else would be better and less expensive. He also programmed one of our car to be able to open our garage door. He was very personable and a great worker. Would use them again.

I backed into our garage door this evening knocking the garage door off its tracks and lodging it into the trim of the house. I thought for sure we were going to need a new garage door. In desperation I called the first number that came up in a Google search and called. Baldwin was at my house in 30 minutes and fixed it in under 15 minutes. I walked back into my house and told my kids and my daughter said ‘I think Jesus sent an angel’. Quite literally I think it may be true. I will undoubtedly call Baldwin again the next time I have any garage door problems.

The top right garage door wheel popped off the track when the door hit a ladder while opening (oops). Called Baldwin, they answered on the first call, set the appointment for the next morning, and showed up on time. Angel was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had the wheel back in its track in a matter of minutes. He then proceeded to lube the chain, wheels, springs, and hinges. He demonstrated that everything was working smoothly (and quietly). Everything was written up and signed out within 30 minutes tops. I will call them for future needs and recommend them to anyone looking for garage door pros.
